REFUNDS:
Electronically Transmitted File Refunds: Due to the nature of file transmittal and downloads and tracking, I uphold a no refund policy. Each file is tracked for download item and location. If you allow your file to expire and go undownloaded within the time permitted, you can request the file be resent. Using multiple email address could delay your order up to 48 hours for fraud detection prevention. The customer is responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchasing the media or content from this site. Please check that you do not order the same clips twice, use different names or email addresses within the same order, before you submit your payment. Please report any billing errors to customerservice@dannyblaq.com. Billing errors by Danny Blaq will be professionally handled immediately. Fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in baring you from future sales and vigorous prosecution and reporting to local authorities.

Mailed Product Refunds: No refunds are allowed but exchanges are permitted on items received damaged or defective. If a DVD, photo, clothing item is received by you damaged (unless purchased used as is), you must mail the item back. Upon inspection and confirmation of damage, a replacement item will be remailed, if available. If the item is found to be defective from the manufacturer, First Class shipping will be reimbursed via online refund.

Optional premium paid services: Services such as membership, donations, party passes, etc. are available on the Website are not refundable, regardless of how much of the service you used or did not use or when.
